Happy Holi everyone,
Hope all of you had a great festival time with your family and friends 😊 My hubby had gone for a business trip, so couldn’t do much over this weekend. Meanwhile, I noticed, it’s been long that I haven’t done any haul post on my blog. So this month, I shopped few random stuff and thought of sharing here with you all. In today’s post, I will also show you my Hyderabad haul, things which I had bought during my last trip to Hyderabad (November 2016). So keep on reading peeps!!
SASA & BONJOUR are the famous beauty retail stores in Hong Kong and you can find these stores in every nook and corner of the city. These stores house various skincare and makeup brands ranging from high-end to drugstore. But the specific products which I was looking for were not available in their stores 😐 Anyway, I ended up buying only those stuff which I needed most and looked cute to me 😊
March 2017 Haul |
L’Oreal Paris Base Magique Transforming Smoothing Primer:
A primer is an essential base product when it comes to hiding pores, lasting makeup for a long duration as well as skin imperfections and this smoothening primer claims to cater all these needs. Well, I love doing minimal makeup but I hate it when that makeup melts away fast and face shines like disco balls! Best part, the primer can be used with or without foundation. Hence to combat all these woes I finally purchased this primer. I have used it just once so after few usages will share my view on it.

Price & Quantity: 125HKD for 15ml (from SASA store)
Beauty 360° Makeup Sponge:
Okay, now I wanted to buy a beauty blender (the original one) but here in Hong Kong, I didn’t find any Sephora outlet. I thought, maybe SASA or Bonjour would stock beauty blender sponge, my bad, they don’t! However, I saw a 3D beauty blender sponge in SASA which looks exactly same as the original one. Nevertheless, for the time-being, I bought these cute geometrical shaped sponges to apply my foundation and face powder. Their textures are quite similar to my VEGA sponges and are reasonably priced as well.

Price & Quantity: 11HKD for two sponges. (From Bonjour store)
Maybelline Hyper sharp Liner, Black:
I got so confused seeing different types of liners in cosmetics section at the store! I tried all the liners from Revlon, L’Oreal Paris to other Korean brands but ended up buying this one. WHY? Frankly, I don’t know, perhaps reading thousand good reviews on it scored here or maybe I wanted to play the safe game!! Does that happen with you also? 😜
Maybelline Hypersharp Liner |
Maybelline New York says, 0.01mm ultra-refined stabilizer brush tip keeps the line steady and draw precise eye line easily! Let’s see how it fares.

Price & Quantity: 68 HKD (Original Price 85 HKD at SASA)
ZENO Facial Cleansing Pad:
The moment I spotted this product in Bonjour shop, I was like WOW! There are two brushes in this set, one for face to remove dirt and grease and another brush is for blackheads. Seemed interesting to me and is cheap as well, so I bought it without any hesitation. Haven’t tried it out yet, wait for my detailed review on this set.

I Love RUE Mask, Rejuvenating Care Mask:
The beauty stores here are inundated with a variety of sheet masks. Whilst looking for some other products, one SA came to me showing this set and informed that it was on huge discount. I checked the product description and thought not to miss this great deal!

Giovanni Frizz Be Gone, anti-frizz hair serum:
Hong Kong weather is too humid and windy. So it becomes very difficult to tackle my hair if not tied in a ponytail or bun. I was in a dilemma whether to buy the liquid version or this gel version for my dry hair ends. But SA suggested me to take this as she has the same combination type hair like me and uses it regularly. So after a couple of uses, I will write about it on my blog, stay tuned!

MIOU 4-IN-1 DIY Set:
Being a skincare junkie, I often make various face masks /packs at home. So when I spotted this cute DIY set, couldn’t resist myself buying it. This set has a mash bowl, a mash stick, a brush and three measurement spoons/ gauge. I have applied a face mask today only using this brush, bristles are of great quality! Perfect 😍

So this was my March haul, now showing all of you the products which I had bought from Hyderabad last year. Due to hectic travel schedule and internet problems, I couldn’t publish this haul post earlier.
I visited maximum shopping malls that are situated in Hyderabad starting from Inorbit, Central to GVK mall! I must say, they have a really great collection. I have also purchased few items from the local stores which are located just beside the GVK mall.
I visited maximum shopping malls that are situated in Hyderabad starting from Inorbit, Central to GVK mall! I must say, they have a really great collection. I have also purchased few items from the local stores which are located just beside the GVK mall.
So, here I am showing you all what I actually shopped from Hyderabad.
Tunic Tops:
I am obsessed with full sleeves or three-quarter tops these days. These tops are so soft and comfortable to wear, great for summers as well as windy days. I bought these from a local shop located beside GVK mall.
Casual Tops |
Price: Rs. 800
Pearl Earrings:
When you are in the city of pearls, you cannot miss out on these gems. Mr. husband has been a loyal customer to this renowned shop Mangatrai Pearls & Jewellers, so I purchased two pearl studs from this shop. In my Macau trip, on the first day, I wore one of them with my denim shirt and jeans.

Choker:
From Inorbit mall, I bought this lace choker. Already you people might have noticed that I flaunted this piece during my Macau trip 😍

Nilibhringadi Keratailam from Kottakal Ayurveda:
I had been eyeing on this oil for a long time after reading so many good reviews on it. I spotted an Ayurveda outlet near Raidurgam area while roaming around the city, so bought this oil immediately from that shop 😊 Full review will be up soon.

Shoes:
These are my first ever peep-toe shoes and bought them from a shop located at GVK mall. The shoes have a striped pattern design and are beige coloured with a supportive elastic belt at the back.
Price - Rs. 1650
Price - Rs. 1650
Apart from this, I also bought another pair of shoes from one of the shops located beside GVK mall. These shoes were from their new collection and are made in Vietnam, so were much costlier than the above one. I liked the design and the colour of the shoes. But honestly, these are not that comfortable and bit annoying too if you need to walk a lot!
Price: Rs.2500/
Brown Leather Belt:
Again hubby dearest took me to his another favourite shop, Palem Leathers, which deals with only leather products. Guys, you need to check out this shop, it’s so good. They have a huge collection of leather bags, purses, belts and jackets for both men and women. The shop is situated in Punjagutta circle, beside the Central mall. I purchased a brown belt and a wallet to keep cards and passports.
Price: Belt (Rs. 200.00) and Wallet (Rs.700.00)
I hope you enjoyed reading my haul post 😊 Do let me know in the comment section if you have tried any of these products.
