LIEBSTER AWARD // Honoured & Overwhelmed...

Hi everyone,

I can’t explain to you all how much happy I am these days. Reasons are many but the top most reason is the Liebster Award! Yes, I got my first award within these 7 months of blogging journey. I am feeling like dancing on the top of cloud 9. 

For those who have never heard of this award, let me brief you here. The Liebster award is an award which exists only on the internet and is given to bloggers by other bloggers. In this way, it helps promote and recognise new blogs and bloggers.

I want to thank my co-blogger Sonali of Golden Rim blog who has recognised my work and given me this award. Her blog is all about skin care and loaded with lots of interesting posts. My dear readers just head over to her blog and check out what she has in store for you. Once you start reading her posts, you would be glued to that blog, believe me.

From a senior video editor to a newbie blogger, the journey wasn’t smooth either. I still know different technical aspects involved in my editing software programmes but regarding blog’s technologies my knowledge is limited! I am on a learning process and each day I learn something new, which I enjoy. I want to convey my special thanks to Sangeeta of beautynyx blog and Swathi of curious and confused me blog, who had helped me with their valuable advice when I faced some serious issues with my blog.  I owe you all a treat :P

Now I am going to answer all the questions asked by Sonali- 

Q. Why did you start blogging?

A. It is due to the blog world, I got to learn so many things about beauty, makeup and lifestyle. We all know that knowledge increases by sharing and thus I also decided to share all my experiences and knowledge with the like-minded people around the globe. And in this way, blogging happened to me!

Q. One blog other than yours that you would want everyone to check out and why?

A. Perkymegs.com. Just have a glance at her blog's content, you would know why I am praising this blog. I am truly a big fan of Megha’s makeup tutorial videos.

Q. What is that one skin care product you can’t be without?

A. Lip balm

Q. Where do you see your blog in the next 2 years?

A. On the top ten list of India’s personal blog list. (Dreams are high, I know :P )

Q.Any one book recommendation and why should we read it?       

A. I don’t think I am the right person to answer this question as I read all kinds of short stories and books just to entertain myself!

Q. Any YouTube Channel recommendation and why?

A. Beauty and makeup - Be beautiful

     Skincare- Homeveda

Q. If you were asked to survive the next one week on just 2 makeup items, what would be your picks?

A.  Facewash and lip balm      

Q. Are you a to-do list maker?

A. Yes, I am.

Q.What is your ideal breakfast and why?

A. Well every day, I have a bowl full of cornflakes (Mango flavour) with milk and a banana in my breakfast. I do think, these food products are great to start your day as they have all the necessary nutrients.

Q. What is your goal for 2016?      

 A. I want to grow and write better & better articles for all my readers.

Q. Which is that one blog post that you are very proud of? Please leave the link.

A. Well, that would be my first ever travel post, on Lavasa Trip.
