MINI SKINCARE HAUL FEAT. INNISFREE AND KAMILL

Hello everyone,

Hope all of you are doing well 😊. So last weekend I visited the nearby Innisfree store and I did purchase a few stuff which I’m going to share with you all today. I was looking for some face masks that are targeted towards curing acne and damaged skin for quite some time. I used Innisfree sheet masks and face pack earlier, liked them as well hence the recent haul from this Korean brand.

So let’s begin with Innisfree-

I have almost finished the Plum Green Tea Toner so thought of trying out another green tea toner from Korean skincare brands. Upon my query, Innisfree sales assistant showed me this product. There was some offer going on this 400ml product, so instead of buying the smaller version, I purchased this biggie one. It says – “Quick absorbing toner delivers hydration and anti-oxidants from Jeju green tea extract to help maintain skin’s delicate balance for hydrated, healthy-looking skin".

Innisfree Sheet Masks:

Well, previously I have tried Innisfree Aloe and Shea Butter Sheet Masks from ‘It’s Real Squeeze Mask’ range. This time when I visited the store I noticed they discontinued It’s Real range and introduced new ‘My Real Squeeze Mask’ range. After a brief discussion with hubby and sales assistant, I chose two variants from My Real range and two different sheet masks from Skin Clinic range to treat my irritated skin.

Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask Vitamin C:

“This fine delicate cotton mask with functional brightening improving benefits contains vitamin C derivatives to brighten your dull skin, leaving it looking clear and radiant”. Because of acne and redness, my skin looks so dull these days. I hope these Vitamin C masks would help brighten the skin.

Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask Madecassoside:

“This fine delicate cotton mask contains madecassoside to soothe your irritated skin due to moisture loss and to help fortify skin barrier”. Now if you are wondering what is this ingredient Madecassoside then let me tell you that it’s an active skin care ingredient derived from medicinal plant Centella Asiatica. It has skin-beneficial antioxidants, anti-aging, anti-redness and skin healing properties. I hope, this would calm, hydrate and soothe my skin 😊.

My Real Squeeze Mask Range

 

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask Green Tea:

“This refreshing water-type real mask enriched with fresh moisture from delicately fragrant green tea, keeps dry skin moisturised”. Since these days I am in all “green-tea- skincare” mood, thought of trying this mask as well.

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask Tomato:

“This moisturizing essence-type real mask, enriched with abundant nourishment from well-ripened tomatoes, leaves tired skin clear and vibrant”. 

Raw tomatoes usually irritate my skin upon application, not sure about this mask though! Most probably I will not be using this one and give it to my husband dearest.I would buy another variant soon maybe next week. I keep buying sheet masks, so it’s absolutely fine 😊.

🔺PS: Innisfree My Real Masks do contain alcohol but skin clinic masks do not. Tomato one has alcohol in it however Green Tea mask has no alcohol!! So if you are interested to try alcohol-free sheet masks from Innisfree, opt for skin clinic masks or check out the ingredients of My Real Masks carefully.

Innisfree Bija Trouble Mask:

This wash-off mask formulated with torreya seed oil and high salicylic acid content (2%), soothes troubled areas and leaves the skin clean.

Last month, all of a sudden, my skin broke out badly. There were rashes, redness & painful cystic pimples all over my face which are not yet gone!! The sales assistant seeing my current skin condition gave me this mask to try. As the name suggests this is specially designed for problematic skin so I do have high expectation from this mask. I would share my experience with it very soon so stay tuned.

The hankie is so soft to touch and the bag is perfect for travel makeup storage purpose. When I get free stuff, I feel good. Err, who doesn’t 😉!!

KAMILL Intensive  Hand & Gel Crème :

“This rich hand cream with chamomile extract and bisabolol soothes the skin and protects dry and stressed hands. It supports the natural regeneration of the skin. Aloe Vera and Avocado oil provide lasting intensive moisture for well cared for hands-day after day”. 

I needed a rich moisturizing hand cream for my dry hands. This seemed fine to me so purchased it.

I thought I should share the products with all of you so that you can share your experience with me if you have tried them already. I would also love to know your best Korean skincare products to combat acne and other skin issues. I mentioned Korean products because these are easily available at the beauty stores in Hong Kong 😊.
