How to use Plum Green Tea Toner:
After washing out my face, I would pour out a small quantity of Plum green tea toner on my palm and apply on my face. You could also use a cotton ball to dab the toner softly over your face followed by a moisturizer.
My Experience With Plum Green Tea Alcohol-free Toner:
(Skin Type: Combination, sensitive, dehydrated and acne-prone)
Product Packaging:
Plum Green Tea Toner comes in a long 200ml, cylindrical, white coloured opaque plastic bottle with a press top cap. It is a 100% vegan product and what’s in and out (ingredients) everything is listed on the packaging itself! The best part, all Plum packaging is 100% recyclable.
Product Texture:
The clear liquid toner has a runny consistency. It has a strong herbal scent, not at all related to green tea as I drink Green Tea most of the time!

Product Performance:
Plum Green Tea toner is alcohol-free, so post usage it didn’t dry out the skin. The toner is not overly hydrating but moisturizes the skin efficiently and would make my skin soft and supple minus any shine. It surely leaves your skin feeling firm, toned and refreshed 😊!
Apart from green tea, it has glycolic acid (AHA) in it which aids in mild exfoliation of the skin. When applied, it imparted burning sensation to the skin areas like around my nose and chin, but after a while, the irritation would subside. I used this green tea face mist only in the morning (at night I use rosewater) and followed it with my regular moisturizer and sunscreen.
Plum Green Tea Toner
I love the feel when my skin & hair care products smell nice. But with this toner, its strong scent was a huge turnoff for me!! I brought this toner especially to treat my acne; unfortunately, this did nothing for the same. It neither reduced the acne size nor soothed the irritated skin, so disappointing! However, it never broke me out or aggravated the skin irritation 😊.
What I Liked About PLUM Green Tea Alcohol-Free Toner:
- Alcohol-free
- Infused with powerful anti-oxidant Green Tea
- Gentle and fast-absorbing toner
- Has no parabens, SLS
- Doesn’t dry out the skin
- Hydrates the skin
- Makes skin soft & plump
- No greasiness
- Doesn’t cause breakouts/noncomedogenic
- Affordable
- Best toner for oily & combination skin types

What I Disliked About Plum Alcohol-Fred Green Tea Toner:
- Contains Fragrance!! If there is one thing that resists me from repurchasing it, is its scent!
- Didn’t reduce acne or soothe skin irritation of mine!
- Bulky packaging, so not travel-friendly! But you can definitely transfer the toner in a travel-sized container.
NBAM Rating: 4/5
To sum up,
Plum green tea alcohol-free toner didn’t work great for my skin but it’s a nice refreshing toner for summers and beauties with oily skin. There are a lot of beauties with acne-prone skin who found this green tea toner to be amazing but sadly, I’m the unlucky fellow here 😞.
I would suggest you all (except dry skinned people) to give this green tea toner a try. It is pretty much free of harmful ingredients so is absolutely safe for your precious skin.
