Benefits of Raspberries, Yogurt and Vitamin E For Dry, Pigmented Skin:
But first, let me share the incredible benefits of using a homemade face mask infused with raspberries, yogurt, and Vitamin E. Without knowing the advantages, I know many of you will not be interested in trying out this mask 😃.
Now, let's dive into the star ingredients of this homemade face mask and how each component works wonders for your skin:
➡️ Raspberries are rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals and prevent skin damage. It also contains Vitamin C and natural exfoliant properties that help remove dead skin cells, brighten skin tone, and promote collagen production.
➡️ Yogurt is a great natural ingredient for skin due to its lactic acid content, which helps in exfoliation and hydration. The presence of natural probiotics soothes irritated skin, helps balance the skin's natural microbiome, and promotes healthy skin.
➡️ Vitamin E acts as a soothing, moisturising agent for dry, dehydrated skin and helps in treating acne-prone skin. It acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory agent, reducing redness and inflammation. It also protects the skin from oxidative stress and UV damage, promoting skin repair.

Natural DIY Homemade De-Tan Vitamin Fruity Face Mask Recipe:
Using all-natural ingredients in homemade face masks is not only pocket-friendly but also ensures that no harmful chemicals are being applied to the skin. It doesn’t matter how many commercial skin or hair care products I buy, I always reach out to my tried & tested homemade masks first 😍. I love my DIY face masks, and that’s why I am sharing another mask recipe today. You can check out my old Beauty Tips blog posts, too! Ah, I need to continue this series 😕.
When I say I don’t get tanned, I burn. I mean it, trust me! Once my sunny day trips are over, I use this fruity vitamin mask so it can repair the sun damage. Not only as a De-tan mask, this also helped me immensely in fading the acne scars 🙂. Remember my 2018-2020 acne phase story?
Now that you understand the benefits of each ingredient, here is how to make this wonderful DIY face mask for soft, glowing skin.
Face Mask Recipe:
Step 1- Blend a handful of fresh, clean raspberries and a tablespoon of plain or Greek natural yogurt until smooth. You can use a simple spoon/fork for this instead of a blender!
Step 2- To this mixture, add a few drops of Vitamin E oil and blend again. I use EVION 400 Vitamin E capsule. I always bring these green capsules from India, but in the UK you can get it from EBay or Amazon. You can tear or puncture the capsule to extract the oil from it.
